FAQ

Do you take a cut of the bounties?

No. Rewards are issued as customer credit or a Stripe promotion code on yourStripe account. We’re never in the payment flow, so we couldn’t take a cut even if we wanted to.

What counts as a report?

Any new submission that lands in your inbox via the widget, whether you approve or decline it. Spam blocked by the per-IP rate limit doesn’t count.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. Your widget keeps working on the free tier (50 reports / month) automatically.

Do you offer annual discounts?

On Scale, yes — usually two months free. Email us.
